If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge.

This Guarantee is voided under any user damage issues (scratches and accidental breakage).

Melinie Guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items.

We want you to love your Melinie item as much as we loved designing, creating & wearing it. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with it, we'll exchange it or give you a refund. All we ask is that that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within 28 days of delivery.
